Calcium Chloride 2h20, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, and Sodium Lactate, in pure water.

1 or 2 bottles of Ringer’s Lactate. Which includes: 500 ml of pure water, with 4 types of electrolyte salts; Calcium Chloride 2h20, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lactate (like in sports drinks, gives energy and strengthens stamina).

Ringer’s Lactate is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines, which are the safest and most effective medicines required in health care.

This IV infusion does not contain vitamin C.
You may combine other ingredients per the ala carte menu.

RL is an isotonic fluid, meaning that it has the same osmotic pressure, or weight, as blood. Osmotic pressure is a measure that takes into account the electrolytes in water. About 1 liter of RL is sufficient to restore blood volume to its normal levels.

RL also provides the body with sodium lactate, which it can use as fuel in conditions of reduced or restricted blood flow and oxygen.

As an alkalizing agent, RL also helps reduce the levels of acidity within the body. Therefore, doctors may use the solution to treat high acid levels resulting from sepsis or other conditions.

A BSI Practitioner may administer RL alone or alongside other medications or nutrients, per the ala carte menu.
